Based off our Audience Feedback, I can make an evaluation on various parts of our thriller.
The music was effective, as it was included to build suspense. The majority of people found the music made them nervous. The majority of the audience (6 compared to 1) said that they would pay to see it in the cinema, which is a sign that the audience liked the film to that extent, which is good. We asked the audience how the film makes them feel, and the majority said that it made them on edge, which is what we had intended to create. Most of the comments are positive, such as comments on the editing such as “very good” “quality” “boss”. Overall we asked the audience what they felt was good in the thriller, and the results are very widespread across Acting, Shots, Editing, Music, and Graphics, however the shots seem to be the thing that most impressed the audience. However, the acting was lacking, as it had the most votes negatively. The thriller itself made the majority ask questions, which fitted the question and answer model we intended to include. In sounds the radio was effective and the flashbacks also, based on the positive comments that the radio adds to realism and the flashbacks clearly define themselves. Overall there was more positive comments than negative, but there is always room for improvement based on the comments provided by the audience.
